Do you offer one-time visits?
: Yes. Clients can book one-time visits for companionship, appointments, outings, transportation, errands, and other support needs without committing to an ongoing schedule.
What areas do you serve?
: Aurora Companions proudly serves Winnipeg and surrounding communities. Services outside Winnipeg may be available, and additional travel fees may apply depending on location.

Do you provide transportation?
: Yes. Transportation support may be available for appointments, errands, community activities, and social outings. Availability may depend on location and companion scheduling.
Can companions accompany clients to appointments?
: Absolutely. Our companions can accompany clients to medical appointments, social engagements, community programs, and other outings to provide support and companionship throughout the visit.
Can I request the same companion?
: Yes. We strive to provide consistency whenever possible and will do our best to match clients with the same companion for ongoing visits.
Do you support younger adults as well?
: Yes. While many of our clients are seniors, Aurora Companions also supports younger adults and individuals seeking companionship, community engagement, transportation assistance, or social support.
3. Pricing & Membership
How much do services cost?
: Our standard rate is $35 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours per visit. Membership plans are also available for clients seeking ongoing support and additional benefits. Contact us for the membership price.

Is GST included?
: No. Applicable taxes, including GST, will be added to service fees where required.

: We currently accept e-Transfer and cash. Additional payment options may be available upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?
